This presentation will cover the history of the bridges, the decision-making process behind the replacement project, and what the future could look like for Cape Cod residents, business, and visitors. Steven Tupper is Deputy Director at the Cape Cod Commission, where he leads a multi-disciplinary team developing solutions and securing funding to address regional challenges while protecting Cape Cod’s unique character. A registered professional engineer, he has helped shape key regional plans and provides technical assistance to local communities.
