The Irish Movie Series returns!
Stay Tuned...
After a long delay, the Irish Movie Series hosted by Mary Ann Eaton will resume on Friday, January 7th. Registration will be required as space in our meeting room is limited. As the date gets closer, we will post a list of the movie titles provided by Mary Ann and go over the guidelines for registration. We look forward to welcoming you back to this popular event!
StoryWalk® at Dennis Public Library
Starting Monday, November 22nd
The Dennis Public Library presents a StoryWalk®, featuring the book Last Stop on Market Street. This story, written by Matt De La Pena and illustrated by Christian Robinson, follows CJ as he takes a bus ride with his grandmother, who asks him to look at things a little differently as they go on their way.
The Dennis Public Library is thankful for its StoryWalk® partner the Dennis-Yarmouth Coordinated Family & Community Engagement Program. The story begins at the library’s main door facing Edwards Avenue and circles around to the front of the building facing Route 28. We hope to keep the StoryWalk® up through the holiday season.
The StoryWalk® concept was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT, and developed with the help of Rachel Senechal of the Kellogg-Hubbard Library.
