November through February,

3rd Tuesday of the month, 2:00-3:30

This winter, the library is again opening our meeting room to let crafters gather to meet, work on their latest projects, and enjoy the company of others.

This is an open gathering for anyone who would like to join in the fun and work on their knitting, crochet, cross stitch, quilting, or any sort of hand craft in a social setting. Please note that this is not an instructional workshop, but a gathering to give crafters a place to socialize.

All are welcome. Tea will be available.

The group will meet on November 20, December 18, January 15 and February 19.

LIBRARY CLOSING AT 4:30

Due to the weather, the library will be closing early at 4:30 on Tuesday, February 12th. Please stay safe.

February Artist- Kris Depew

abstract painting with maroon black and white splatters
Local artist Kris Depew will have her paintings on display in the library's meeting room throughout the month of February. If you are at the library for a program or picking up a book, make sure you take a few moments to explore the exhibit.

If you are making a special trip to see the exhibit, feel free to give us a call to make sure the room is not being used for a program!

From the artist:
"I welcome you to take a deep breath and allow yourself the opportunity to feel and think, without judgement, anything that may arise with each piece. Thank you for being part of my journey. i hope some paintings resonate with you, make you think, give you another perspective, and you feel the raw emotions that created them."
