Local poet
Rosemary Dunn Moeller will engage our audience during a talk entitled "The Lift of Wind Across Wings." Her latest
chapbook The Lift of Wind Across Wings is on birds that she has
watched. She will discuss the process of study, observation, reflection and
learning that goes into her free verse poems. All poets and poets at heart
are welcome.
Rosemary Dunn Moeller has had her poems in The Upstart Crow, Mobius, Avocet, Vermont Literary Review, Broadkill Review, Aurorean and many others. Her poems are anthologized in Four Quarters to a Section, Thunder Storm, How Can You Say We’re Not Related and Last New Year’s Eve. She was a Fulbright Scholar to Japan and was an instructor at UND at Grand Forks, Huron College/University and Ecole Normale Superieure, Bamako, Mali. She and her husband farm for three seasons, and have traveled to all seven continents during the fourth. She lives on Cape Cod for the waves, shores and birds.
