In the last few years Martha Lang has self-published many different genres of books, including children’s picture books, children's chapter books, a poetry book, a cookbook, short novels, and a memoir. Martha decided to self-publish for a number of reasons. The most difficult part was finding a publisher whose prices she could afford and who had of setup that interested her. Her presentation includes advice for potential self-publishers, such as: don't give away rights to your book. Bring all of your questions, and Martha will be pleased to lead a very interactive discussion with the audience.
